Artificial intelligence in astronomy

My research group has been investigating different applications of AI in astronomy. In particular, I have been interested in deep learning techniques, and their power in predicting the temporal evolution of spatiotemporally chaotic astrophysical systems. One such example is a black hole accreting gas from its surroundings.
